what happened?

i was watching television late the other night, and an infommercial for a country music box-set came on. i'm a small fan of country music, so i thought i'd watch to see just who they got for this compilation. i was very surprised to see that particular box-set was endorsed by my all time favourite country superstar, kenny rogers. i've made no excuses for being interested in a little bit of kenny from time to time. he seems to rattle off album after album of cringe-worthy classics with no sign of letting up. how can you go past classics titles such as "you decorated my life" and "one man's bride, one mans on the side"? i've been holding onto the visual memory of kenny, looking like the colonel sanders clone of the seventies and eighties, that we know and love. i was shocked and amazed to see what he has done to himself. obviously feeling the pressure of being an old man with too much money, he's put himself under the knife, and gotten some serious plastic surgery. the trademark snowy full santa beard is gone. unfortunatley this new face of his, gives the impression that he's had brand new cheeks installed, as well as a whince worthy eye job. i took a couple of pictures to give you an idea of the old versus the new. boy kenny, don't bring your new face to town...
